Jon Shalowitz
President & CEO
Jon is responsible for the company's overall strategic direction, planning and execution. He brings a wealth of experience in building innovative, fast-growth companies. Most recently, Jon was CEO & co-founder at CloudUP Networks where he led the company to capture a critical part of the cloud data management market. Previously, he was CEO at XDN where he spearheaded the transition of the company into a category leader for application delivery services and led the company to a successful acquisition by Fortinet. Prior to this, he co-founded SKYE, a market​ ​leader in providing network and securi​ty solutions​​​ to enterprises and ISPs​,​ where he helped grow the company to 15​M​ subscribers worldwide. Jon has also served in senior roles at NetScreen, 3Com, Securify, Nominum and Optimal Networks. ​He​ holds degrees from Duke University and Stanford GSB.
Steve Sims
Chief Design Officer & Founder of the Behavior Lab
Steve is responsible for customer success from design to deployment to ongoing relationship management. Steve bring 20 years of experience in game design, development and production across all major platforms - web, mobile, console and PC. He started his career at Electronics Arts and EA Online where he was an Executive Producer responsible for Madden NFL Football; the #1 selling sports video game franchise in North America. He also led EA's earliest forays into the online market, including Fantasy Sports and Casual Games. Steve has held other notable roles in the gaming industry, including Director of Operations at Gemini Mobile Technologies and VP of Product Management and Service Operations at Outspark. Steve holds engineering degrees from UCLA and USC.
Raymond Lim
Chief Financial Officer
Raymond Lim has more than 20 years of experience executing business and financial strategies that have successfully grown and scaled several technology startup companies. Raymond was recently the Vice President of Finance for CrowdFlower, which runs a crowdsourcing platform for Labor-on-Demand. He was responsible for the performance of CrowdFlower's finance, accounting, HR, and legal functions. Prior to that, he was the Vice President of Finance for Jigsaw, where he readied the company for its $175 million acquisition by Salesforce.com. Before Jigsaw, Raymond led the G&A and Hosted Services functions at ECbridges, a software company specialized in e-commerce systems for enterprise clients. Earlier in his career, Raymond held various management positions at Compuware where he ran several product engineering and integration teams. Raymond is a graduate of State University of New York at Buffalo and received an MBA from Kansas State University.
Roel Stalman
VP of Product Development
Roel is responsible for Engineering and Product Management at Badgeville. He is a seasoned technology executive with 18 years of experience driving product strategy and development for high tech companies. Prior to Badgeville, Roel was VP of Product Management at Oracle, where he was responsible for a broad range of technologies including content management, portal, web experience management, enterprise social networking and enterprise file sharing.
 He expanded the business through acquisitions and innovations on the end user experience front, and he was instrumental in Oracle’s expansion into the content management market.
Laura Lilyquist
VP of Marketing
Laura is responsible for Badgeville's worldwide marketing efforts, including product marketing, corporate marketing and demand generation. Laura is a leading technology and marketing expert with a passion for innovation. For the past 20 years, Laura has successfully launched and marketed a myriad of first generation technologies across the globe, beginning with Sun Microsystem’s earliest networking products. She played a key role in the evolution of digital video, from marketing early desktop video to deploying a new generation of digital TV at Microsoft. Laura also drove some of the earliest mobile apps as a corporate investor and business developer, and served as executive, investor and board advisor to six startups.
